Insulating ceramics

Material of insulating ceramics:

Insulating ceramics for the electronics industry, they can be divided into five categories according to their function and use: insulating device ceramic, capacitor porcelain, ferroelectric ceramics, semiconductor ceramics and ionic ceramics.

Usually the material of insulating ceramics are alumina and steatite, alumina ceramic is a kind of high-frequency, high-temperature and high-strength device with better electrical insulation. Its electrical and physical properties increase with the increase of Al2O3 content. Commonly used are high-alumina containing 75%, 95% and 99% Al2O3.

Application of insulating ceramic:

1.Industrial lasers: used in the packaging of various fiber lasers. Industrial lasers are mainly used in industrial shipbuilding, automobile manufacturing, laser engraving, laser marking, laser cutting, printing roller making, metal and non-metal drilling/cutting/welding (brazing, quenching, cladding and deep welding), medical equipment and equipment.

2.Consumer electronics: In small spaces, ceramic housings achieve high airtightness and high reliability, which is conducive to the miniaturization and high performance of smart devices. Semiconductor ceramic component packages and circuit substrates used in consumer electronics.

3.Automotive electronics: semiconductor components and ceramic circuit substrates used in oil-circuit integrated heaters, water level sensors, pressure sensors, and various electronic control units in body control systems used in diesel vehicles.
