1.Alumina ceramic structure part


Alumina ceramics are a promising high-temperature structural material. It has a high melting point and can be used as a high-grade refractory material. Taking advantage of the high hardness of alumina, it is possible to manufacture corundum ball grinding machines used in laboratories to grind materials that are less hard than it. With high-purity raw materials and advanced technology, alumina ceramics can also be made transparent, which can be used to make high-pressure sodium lamps.

2.Zirconia ceramic


Zirconia has a special reinforced structure and is currently the structural ceramic with the best mechanical properties at room temperature. If the zirconia ceramic is dropped to the ground, not only will it not break, but it will bounce up, so it is known as ceramic steel in many categories of structural ceramics.

3.Silicon nitride ceramic

Mechanical strength: The flexural strength of silicon nitride can reach 980MPa, which is 3 times that of alumina, and the strength attenuation is very small at high temperature (1200°C retention rate > 90%).

4.Silicon carbide ceramic


High-purity silicon carbide ceramics have flexural strength of 400–600 MPa, second only to diamond (Vickers hardness≥ 3405 HV), and can operate stably at high temperatures (2700°C) and high rotational speeds (low centrifugation).
