Alumina crucible

The shape of alumina crucible is generally arc-shaped and cylindrical, while pure alumina crucibles have arc-shaped, square alumina crucibles, rectangular alumina ceramic crucibles, straight (cylindrical) alumina crucibles and various special-shaped alumina ceramic crucibles.

Characteristics:

The characteristics are high temperature resistance, acid and alkali resistance, quenching and heat resistance, and chemical corrosion resistance.

It is suitable for melting samples with some weak alkaline substances such as anhydrous Na2CO3 as flux, and is not suitable for melting samples with strong alkaline substances such as Na2O2 and NaOH and acidic substances as fluxes (such as K2S2O7).

The general size is 5-1000ml.

The operating principle of the alumina crucible:

1.99.70% corundum 1800°C1650°C–1700°C corundum crucible has outstanding high temperature insulation and mechanical strength in oxidation and recovery atmosphere. The thermal conductivity is large and the thermal expansion rate is small. Above 1700°C, it does not react with air, water vapor, hydrogen, carbon monoxide, etc. The maximum short-term use temperature is 1800°C.

2.99.5% corundum 1750 °C, 1600 °C–1650 °C corundum crucible in oxidation and recovery atmosphere.

3.85.00% high-alumina 1350°C 1290°C high-alumina crucible has outstanding high-temperature insulation and mechanical strength in oxidation and recovery atmosphere. The thermal conductivity is large and the thermal expansion rate is small. It does not react with air, water vapor, hydrogen, carbon monoxide, etc. It can be used for a long time when the temperature of the temperature does not change much. The maximum short-term use temperature is 1400°C.
